Play calmly

Limits, a pause, self-exclusion and independent places where someone listens when you look for help.

18+

Lucky Boom is run by MAIREKE LIMITADA (Costa Rica) under an Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority licence; the terms follow Anjouan law. The licence is offshore, not national, so confirm that online gambling is legal where you live before you play.

Our commitment

Every page of Lucky Boom has an 18+ marker and a link to begambleaware.org. Play only with money you can afford to lose, and never chase losses.

Tools available to you

• Self-exclusion: ask for it by email from your registered address; it starts inside 24 hours and closes the account for at least 6 months.
• Cooling-off: a 7-day pause on request.
• Session awareness: keep track of playing time and transactions, and pause regularly.
• Parental control: guidance on keeping devices and logins out of the reach of minors.

Know the signs

Think about stepping back, or asking for support, if you:

• spend more time or money than you planned;
• borrow money or miss obligations in order to gamble;
• feel restless or irritable when you try to cut down;
• hide your gambling from people close to you.

Keeping control

• Set a budget and a time limit before you start.
• Regard gambling as paid entertainment, not as income.
• Do not gamble when you are upset, tired or have had a drink.
• Pause regularly and go over your transaction history.
