House rules

What governs accounts, payments, bonuses and identity checks, gathered in one place.

1. Eligibility

Registering and playing is for people aged 18 or over, or of the legal gambling age at home if that is higher. Finding out whether online gambling is legal where you live falls to you.

2. Operator and licence

Lucky Boom Casino is operated by MAIREKE LIMITADA, a Costa Rican company, which holds a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. What applies to these terms is the law of the State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.

3. Your account

A person holds one account. Give accurate details and make sure the account name matches the name on your payment method. Keep your login details safe.

• Accounts that share a name, device or payment method may be closed without warning.
• Formal requests, self-exclusion and account closure included, must come from your registered email address.

4. Deposits

Money paid in has to come from a payment method in your own name. Deposits start at €20, and the fifth welcome-bonus deposit starts at €40.

• Per card: up to 10 transactions a day and 40 a month, with a frame of €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month.
• Fiat and crypto balances are held separately and cannot be combined.

5. Withdrawals and verification

Full KYC is required before each withdrawal: a government photo ID, a selfie holding the document and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months, with matching names. As an AML rule, deposited funds must be wagered at least three times first.

• Minimum withdrawal is €40; requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
• Wins outside the jackpots are capped at €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month; jackpot wins carry no cap.
• A withdrawal above a method's per-transaction limit may be paid out in instalments.
• A pending withdrawal can be cancelled until it completes, and the funds go back to your playing balance.

6. Bonuses

Every bonus must be switched on in your profile ahead of the qualifying deposit; it cannot be fitted afterwards. Only one bonus can be active at a time.

• Wagering on the welcome package is ×40; the first live bonus is ×15.
• The most you may stake while wagering is €5 per spin or round, €1 on the first deposit bonus.
• Slots count fully towards wagering, live casino 10%, and table games and video poker nothing.
• Bonus winnings end at €10,000 across all bonuses; the cash-out after wagering is limited to ten times the initial bonus.
• A withdrawal request while a bonus is active cancels that bonus and the related bonus balance.

7. Dormant accounts

When an account has no activity for six months in a row, €10 a month is charged while a positive balance remains.

9. Changes to these terms

Terms, bonus conditions and limits can change, so read the terms in force before you accept an offer. Where a translation deviates from the English text, the English text prevails.
